Don’t come here. Service department is like highway robbery. They want several hundred dollars just to look at your car. Then failed to provide accurate diagnosis, and came back to tell us more repairs are needed and the quote would be another thousand dollars. They hold the car hostages, price gouge to rob you. Other Hyundai dealership charges under $200 to diagnosis. City works wants $800. All they want is to gouge and leave you no options but pay them thousands of dollars. Don’t use them. And don’t buy a Hyundai. Don’t use them!

This dealership is horrible. They deceivingly provide a quote for the price of a vehicle without mentioning their non-transparent dealer markup. They lie and say they can 'only confirm the dealer markup if you come in to buy the car' which forces any buyer to travel there (even if you live multiple hours away) to get the answer of the ACTUAL price of the vehicle. I've talked to countless car dealerships lately and NONE OF THEM do this ridiculous sales tactic that causes customers to waste time and energy. This is the reason car dealerships get such a bad reputation.
