This business is not convenient or particularly close for me. So I do not normally go here. I was on my way past the location when I decided a quick wash was in order to remove excess dirt and dust. I did not want to spend a lot since the forecast is for rain. First I found the boards displaying prices to be vague at best mainly pushing monthly pricing. I do not recall seeing a breakdown of what each package actually includes. But maybe I just missed the hidden messages. So I stayed with my first thought to go with the least expensive since I had no idea what more money actually would get me. As I get inside, I tell the money guy that I am not a local and I'm just going with the least expensive wash. That in itself was $12 for the unknown package that obviously includes the least. He then tried the up sales pitch to the better deal for a monthly price. I guess he missed the part where where I said I am not local. So when I answered with a no thank you. He then asked me to make a donation to a charity. I like to donate to where and when I see fit. So I do not care for being put on the spot for donations. Sorry but the prices are already excessive from what I have seen. So the wash was performed and I was on my way since I was kind of in a hurry. I noticed soap totally covering my side mirror when I looked over. When I got to my destination close by, I then gave the vehicle a quick look over. The dust and most dirt was removed. But not in all areas. And it seems like none of the bugs on the windshield before, were removed. I then noticed the front end was the same way. All in all I found Foam and Wash to be more of an over priced foam and kind of wash. I'll continue to use my normal wash when I choose not to hand wash my vehicle. The more convenient to me, car wash does a much better job at a less expensive price.That is for the least expensive wash. And I don't have bugs, dirt and dried soap on my freshly washed vehicle. To be fair, I only tried them this one time. Unfortunately I was not impressed. Maybe if you pay a lot more, the vehicle may actually come out cleaner.

I notice a scratch buff mark on the back of my vehicle and I went to approach the employee Mike about the situation. He told mee that mark was on my vehicle prior to my wash and I explained to him that is false because I know every scratch and digs on my vehicle. I was in and out of my vehicle trunk all day yesterday prior to my car wash. He proceeded to continue to lie to my face that the mark was on my vehicle. He said I have it on video. I asked for them to show me and they couldn't find the video. I am very disappointed on how they handled the situation. They definitely lost a customer for their unprofessionalism! It's sad because I just purchased a membership when I got my car wash and that was my first experience with them. Canceled right after. Smh

I decided to take my new car here because of the good reviews and the option for the unlimited wash membership. I was disappointed to hear they did not have a membership for the touch-less and that it was only soft-cloth. After reading all the good reviews I decided to trust the car wash and everyone’s reviews to give it a try. I am so extremely disappointed, my brand-new car that I have only owned for a couple of days has an extreme amount of scratches all around the car. I had not a single scratch prior to this wash, and even after the wash there is soap residue and water spots all over the car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Especially if you do not want scratches all over it and water spots, if your fine with that then go for it I guess. (I’ve attached a picture of only ONE of the many scratches)

If there’s ever an issue this place always accommodates you in anyway they can. I HIGHLY recommend this car wash. My car always comes out mint and clean.
