Not only would they not accept a coupon, I called the 800 number and was told the store would resolve the issue. It was not resolved. The food was not good, the service was not good, the hygiene was not good. The in store manager who assisted me had the worst case of nail fungus I had ever seen and should have been wearing gloves. I am disgusted with this store and the lack of service. Don't bother printing coupons that you refuse to honor.

If I am able to post a 0 I would. Our food was never delivered. First, I had to contact customer service because the actual store was not answering the phone. After filing a complaint, I called again the store. When trying to speak to management they said it was delivered and refused to answer me where exactly was it delivered to. Very poor communication skills. It’s probably best to avoid deliveries but when you’re trying to go contact-less it’s hard to do. Very frustrating when you’re hungry and you’re calling for answers from the actual store and they simply refuse to answer you. Definitely needs new management and new staff ASAP!!!! Or Train them better!!!

first of all the guy was making all the food solo... ordered $6 items and you get what you pay for... wish I had better to say. I used to eat here more often but quality is declining. Help wanted sign says it all...
