Worse truck stop in America.. One way around .. Have to wait in line for scale or just to hit Arby's.. You'll spend at least 45 mins waiting in line before you even get in Pilot..

Clean, there is good fresh-ground coffee. Gas prices are mid-range. There is Arby’s for lunch and dinner open in the am hours, not the biggest fan, but it’s something. 😉

Employees are great for the pilot side of the truck stop. For food I would rather go across the street. The steward diner has awesome food and a great price. Drivers don’t eat fast food that is unhealthy. Go across the street and get some great food

There aren't too many truck stops in this region. This one is a little on the small side, but if you get here early you ought to be able to get decent parking. Place was reasonably clean. Staff very friendly. …

There is none in NYC. There are a few in and around that area. Which if any are suitable for your purposes depends on your exact location & route. Try the Pilot app; it will sense your location and tell you which ones are nearby. Nearest to NYC I know offhand is at I-84 Exit 6.
