Very disappointed!!! Been attending the office since March 2022, was seen by Dr Hernandez only the first visit… never to be seen, always with Karen the nurse practitioner, wish has no knowledge asking other doctors for opinions. Was called last week that Dr Hernandez appt for September 1st had to be changed because he was not going to be in the office till October 5th. I was scheduled an appointment August 25th with Karen (nurse practitioner)and again she had to leave the room to check with a doctor, But surprising who appeared Dr Hernandez….Wow!! And I was told he was not going to be in the office till OCTOBER 5th Dr Hernández rapidly left the room and was not very caring for my health..(SO SAD)

Dr. Hernandez staff was incredible and very comforting. We came to Dr. Hernandez as a second opinion and he provided us a with a great approach to treat my fathers overall condition. He was caring and easy to get along with. He put my father through a number of breathing tests, and questioning to truly diagnose him. Overall, we could not have asked for more.. Dr. Hernandez has put together a methodical plan for my fathers recovery and we plan on following up in a few months.

My father is 87 and experiencing chronic asthma with allergy symptoms. I contacted them via Google and someone immediately got back to me and offered assistance. Even though walk-ins are not permitted anymore they truly tried . They are truly amazing . I'm grateful for attention and wonderful patient service. They were truly empathetic and were trying their best. Will post again after I get an appointment with them, but regardless just the interaction via text and over the phone have been amazing.
