There was no air conditioning!!! Look at me I have fur it was so uncomfortable to shop in that store. Shame on DSW for not providing air-conditioning for their workers and their customers. At the price of shoes and gas to get there we should at least have some free cool air to shop. Shame on you DSW!!!

I visit this DSW on Saturday...oh my god, I felt like I was walking through a payless shoe store..boxes everywhere, shoes not on the right shelves.I found myself organizing just to ensure the old lady next to me wouldn't trip and fall...sorry DSW but you need to go back to the lower shelf system.

This store is the worst. The shelves are totally disorganized which makes it very difficult to match a shoe w the correct description tag w model and price. If you're successful doing that, good luck finding the shoe on the shelf as they are a jumbled mess not organized by model and size. And, the bathrooms are closed to the public. It used to be a good shopping experience. Now, it sucks.

I was disheartened by my experience this evening. One of the employees suggested I call customer service to avoid assisting me then and there with a request to cancel an order. Selection, as others have mentioned is lacking as well. Ended up with a merchandise credit rather than having the return amount back into my bank account.
