This is the nearest McDonalds to where we live. The food is always hot and fresh but the line is always long, they always forget something we ordered and you usually have to wait on the side for particulars items if it's extremely busy. Best to go late at night, avoid during lunch hours if in a rush and best to enter from the same side of the drivethru otherwise you will get skipped constantly waiting for someone to let you in.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I would give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a 1. I’m traveling with my family and they caught such an ugly disgusting attitude for no reason, I was literally just trying to order my food . They didn’t care to listen to what we had to say and shut the window in our faces, everyone including the manger was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. My nephew had to sit there and witness this atrocity . The biggest thing was them speaking in Spanish Infront of us like we couldn’t understand, it just made us feel very unsafe . I’m so disappointed in their customer service, they definitely need better attitudes and better leadership. I will be praying for them .

Asked for no pickels and extra onions. They instead gave me no onions and a mountain of pickels. Apparently they can't read.

The difference between franchisees is astounding sometimes. The McDonald's a couple miles away from this location, also in Yonkers, doesn't have its act together (I posted that review several months ago). This one on Tuckahoe Road impressed me tonight. When I approached the restaurant, I saw a line of probably 12 cars wrapped around the perimeter of the building on the drive thru line. I almost drove away figuring I'd be on line for an hour. I decided to give it a shot, but would leave if there was no movement on the line. I'm glad I stayed put! Within 10 minutes, I placed my order, paid, and received my food. It's been a while since I've had McDonalds chicken nuggets and fries. Everything was warm and tasted so fresh, as if the staff prepared it just as I had arrived. It was such a yummy meal. Keep up the good work! I will return as soon as my McD's craving resurfaces.
