Horrible job on detailing the vehicle. I was shocked as they have been wonderful in the past. Front desk customer service was rude and unpleasant.

Nope. Save your $19 and don’t get the gold. Not sure if the other packages are worth it but I just wasted of 24$(after tip) on a service that is worth half that. The inside main screen wasn’t wiped down, near the gear shift wasn’t cleaned, the rims are still dirty and so is the bumper. Gold package. Ha!
