Today is went into the store to purchase an inexpensive umbrella. The lady at the register was explaining to me the differences in quality for umbrellas. After speaking with the lady regarding my problem.,. I have the top of my umbrella and I misplaced the bottom. The lady said she will ask her manager if I can just purchase the bottom half of the umbrella. The manager said she will look in the back to see if she has any extra bottom. The manager found the bottom of the umbrella and sold it to me for 20.00. What a great store. So helpful and kind.

Although the store was in disarray getting the decorations and Christmas trees up for display, Kathy, the salesperson, was willing to stop what she was doing to help me.
