Bridget the florist was incredibly helpful, listened to what I needed and stopped what she was doing to make this beautiful flower arrangement within my price point. The flowers are beautiful and the shop owner and florist were so helpful. I will definitely go back there for all my flower needs. Also loved the plants there.

This is a small establishment so it's up to the patrons to practice their best social distancing and if one is overly concerned wear double facial masks. I highly recommend this flower shop.
My experience with Johnston's has always been nothing short of excellent. I have been using Johnston's regularly for about 6 months. While I cannot speak to your situation, based on my experience, I would assume there was a miscommunication somewhere. I can assure you that your description above is not reflective of my experience with Johnston's.
