Beautiful restaurant on the Hudson! We just happened upon it when exploring the area. Arrived at Happy Hour. ( so HaPpY! ) The food, drinks, service & views are fabulous. Lots of outdoor seating. The inside is gorgeous too! We returned again the next day to repeat the the evening again!!

Service was excellent, appetizers were outstanding! Great views and an incredible atmosphere. We were a little disappointed with the main course, my wife had the salmon and it was bland and dry. I had the halibut which was good, but not great. We might try it again as everything else was excellent.

The half moon is a very busy and popular place to go. The wait was about 1.5 hrs but we had drinks and appetizers at small couches and tables by the bar. Everyone was very friendly, the pinchos were very good and the drinks were phenomenal. Once we sat at our tables, we had the steak, Mac and cheese and lobster roll. Everything was very delicious except for the max and cheese. It was stale and had no seasoning. I can tell they don’t salt the water when boiling their pasta. I highly recommend for great food, drinks and an amazing view of the Hudson River.
