Horrible customer service. This review is based only on the employee Ilene (top lead) that she calls herself. Went in with my son to purchase a Goldfish, just one. When I approached Ilene to request help in the fish dept, she was very aggressive, rude and directed me to the front for help. Which afterwards she ended up helping us. After deciding my son and I on the Goldfish we wanted to purchased, Ilene refused to service us. She said that she couldn't sell the fish to us because she felt it was a unsafe environment for the fish to come home with us. I asked myself "how is that unsafe?" how can she determined if it's a safe environment for the fish or not. My son was left in tears when they denied us service. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!

The worst experience ever at the clinic don’t take your pets here I went in to get my kitten shots he was so scared so the kitten was scared and they couldn’t control him I just got back home and saw the damage on my kitten how they through him I will make a complain against everyone !!! And On top of that Veterinarian Dr. Was ridiculously with a face attitude when the gentlemen told the Veterinarian about my kitten his information she even rolled her eyes seriously the most unprofessional place I have ever experience please don’t take your pet here !!!!!

I was at the Petco store in Lakewood but they were out of stock of my dog's food so I went to Petsmart and they had it. The Petco clerk was friendly and tried to help and at least she was courteous and kind.

Petco itself doesn't, but the veterinarian attached to it does. You have to make an appointment.

Yes they have ferrets... Plus all the things you need for your new fur ball!! I have 8 that I have bought from Lakewood! The newest member to our family just 2 months ago. They run out quickly so check to see if they have a good selection for your new noodle bear!!

Yes Petco sells bunnies. Please call the store for availability as they tend to be seasonal. Also... Your local store may have bunnies for adoption! Often they're a better choice because already potty trained and home "acclimated". But they are also looking for a forever home and make great little additions to your family!

Ferrets are illegal in the state of CA, so no. You will only find them through private parties on the down low.
We use free feeding. If you want to have a schedule I'd feed at the same time each morning and night and allow something like 5 minutes before taking the food away
There are a series of shots but the follow-up is less expensive
I don't know much about kitten sweetheart but Blue Wilderness is good I have a puppy almost a year old
