Came her for my appointment at 2 am , got a door at 3:25. Walked in to give my paper work and saw a bunch of workers on their phones listening to music and not working typical. My light is still green but i’ll give it time but i think it’s just sad and embarrassing on amazon for having 20 plus workers on their phones and not working and doing their job hopefully they can get me out within a hour .

Do not come here. Whatever appt time you think you have is wrong. They will change it on you. I had a straight thru delivery and have been sitting in this load for 18 hours.

5 people walking around with vests and tablets , No one knows what's going on !!! Select people DONT have to drop they're trailer , making it more difficult ! I stay away from this "mess" anytime I can !!!!

Checked in 15 min prior to appt. 5hr wait for a door, 1hr to unload.... no vending, outhouses available... Friendly associates even though I can imagine their under alot of stress, as us drivers are as well. No one in guard shack. Call the number to ck in. No parking really,... except on cinnamon rd. (side of Amazon facility), drivers on shoulder but has a MAJOR side slant... Lots of mad drivers, I just go with the flow personally, being mad all upset doesn't do anything except make things worse for yaself... drop trailer once you get a door. ONE way IN and OUT . 3stars for assioates attitudes, minus 2 stars for wait time, parking and amenities not provided. Thanks
