I set up a photo session for my daughter's graduation photos....this place did not disappoint. The sun was right, no wind, just perfect. I didn't go inside but the view of the rocks was perfect.

Come and enjoy the quiet and solitude. This is a beautiful place to bring your family or just come by yourself and enjoy nature at its finest. If you're a rock climber, jogger, runner, or just enjoy a good walk, this is the place for you. If you just want to find yourself a nice smooth rock in a shady spot to sit and get some fresh air, it's all here. There are restrooms but make sure you take water with you and enjoy your day.

Yes you can either pay to stay inside a gated area with a bathroom or right beside you can stay for free

Yes, 1 man restroom, and 1 women restroom. Man restroom has only 1 toilet for poop n pee. And 1 sink, has handsoap

Horsemans park is public not private. That video wasn't even shot in California. Everyone believes what the see online rather than researching for themselves. There is no bunker at Horsemans period

The clubhouse is owned by the county and used for various meetings and other public events. Horsemens center as a whole is for the public to ride their horses, camp, hike and the town holds mud runs and equestrian events ECT. There is also a bmx track but I am unaware of whom to contact for info on their events or use of the track.
You'll have to get in contact with the city and ask them, if it's a small gathering it should be fine
