The clubhouse is owned by the county and used for various meetings and other public events. Horsemens center as a whole is for the public to ride their horses, camp, hike and the town holds mud runs and equestrian events ECT. There is also a bmx track but I am unaware of whom to contact for info on their events or use of the track.
Contact Park dept at the Town of Apple Valley. The town does have a volunteer program but you must take a class and do an application.
Ive never seen it busy but I usually go around sunset on weekdays.
They are quite busy on Saturday and Sunday. They have horses and horse shows. You will also see hikers and people that scale the rock fronts. There is room ti barbeque, hike or walk. Good for kids and dogs. One of the buildings is the restroom. Other buildings are run by employees and are used for equipment and maintenance. As far as getting a job, I would contact San Bernardino county.
, I go there twice a week in the evening for BMX racing one of the trailers there are two trailers there are for the BMX part of The Horseman Center the rest of it I am not sure what it's for or who to contact I will see if I can find out for you
