I went to Albertsons today specifically to buy the coors light 30 pack on sale thru the digital app for $19.99. I went through the express line to ring up. As (Julie) rang me up, I put in my number and asked her "did it work?" as i have 2 phones. She said it did not work. I said "I'm sorry, let me put the other number in" As I started to put it in, she's rudely tells me "Sorry, your to late. I'm already finished ringing you up" even with no crowds or line, she made absolutely zero effort to resolve the situation. then she tells me that coors light 30 pack is not even on sale, which it obviously is. Finally, after she cannot just push me off into the sunset, the front end manager comes over and uses the store code, but makes sure to only use it on one of the two 30 packs. Not the other. I know it's 2 only dollars, but as a senior citizen on a very tight budget, every dollar counts. It is very sad that any kind customer service now is a thing of the past... 🛒
