I paid a visit to Cat Therapy while in Santa Barbara and I’m so happy I did. It was cute, had a chill vibe, lots of cute kitties and plenty of toys to engage with the cats. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl running the front desk was very kind and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this to friends and I will be sure to visit if ever in the area again. Such a great idea and a great way to let people engage with cats that are thinking of adopting. Loved what you guys are doing! Thank you!

Hi folks, Cat Therapy was what we needed. We were missing our own cat back in UK and needed to see some local feline friends to restore our Karma! The kitties were all very cool and appreciated the attention we gave. They change regularly as they get adopted and replaced by new strays brought in. Catherine and Clive Walton

My daughter and I had the best time visiting Cat Therapy. We are glad to see these kitties get a second chance and oh what a life they have here!

I think it can take a day or two but its worth it since you get to know the cat first.
If you mean domesticated then yet, but not tried like a dog to sit, rollover, stay, etc...
I think the girl at the front said like 125$. They come fixed, all vaccinations, and microchipped.
Hi Nancy. No, we do not do home checks for adoptions. Although we do have an adoption application to fill out. You can come meet the cats by paying an entry fee (how we sustain our mission), but you do not need an appointment. Although a reservation is recommended on weekends.
Hi! We won’t be open on thanksgiving, but we will be open that Wednesday and Friday :)
We will be closed on July 4th, but open for regular hours the rest of that week. Thanks for asking!
Hi Emma, Usually depressed cats will have a noticeable change in their normal behavior. They will refuse to eat, stop playing, and sleep more than usual. This usually happens when there is a big change in your life that is affecting your cat. But these can also be signs of a health issue, so if you notice any of these behaviors, we'd recommend taking your cat to the veterinarian.
