I recently purchased a few bottles of wine on sale and then later decided to return a few. Then I looked at the receipt and realized I was over charged by $50. I though this was crazy so I kept doing the math. I went into the store to make the return, and the employees were stumped too. Eventually they all figured out the issue was the computer was showing the discount but the total price wasn’t registering it. Shaun, Zander and Jai were amazing, very helpful, and made this experience enjoyable despite the annoyance. Jai also came through with the final push to figure it all out. Great team!
