Years ago, Dr. Sam A. Lavi commissioned me to design a logo and sign for this office building in Studio City. At the time, he told me he didn't have the funds to move forward with the sign's creation. I happened to drive by the area and was shocked to see my design on the side of his office building. I contacted him but he refused to pay me for my artwork. I took him to Small Claims court and won a judgement against him, which then, was $470. He never paid me for my artwork design but continued to use my art on his business card and in his advertisements. The interest over the years on the original sum owed to me , has ballooned the amount to $8,460. He is obviously not a man of integrity or honor or he would never have stolen my art for his business purposes. I hope people now know what kind of man he is.

Here is why you need to change you dentist to Dr. Sam Lavi. 1. Everyone in the office is kind and patient with a good sense of humor, believe it or not they make a trip to the dentist not so bad. 2. The work is excellent, I had an emergency root canal situation and they squeezed me in immediately not to mention made the process as painless and affordable as possible. 3. Ora at the front desk helped me so much with setting up a plan to pay for services in a manner that worked with my budget and was amazing at communicating with me. 4. Dr Lavi gets the job done!! I’ve had root canals that last close to three hours but Dr. Lavi knocked it out in close to and hour! 5. The best and most individual dental care I have ever received.

Cosmetic dentistry can virtually correct crooked teeth, but it won t physically straighten teeth.
Typically, dental insurance won t cover cosmetic dentistry because it s not a medical necessity. Most cosmetic procedures are meant to improve the appearance of a person s smile, so dental insurance providers won t always cover the costs. In some cases, however, your dental insurance might cover a portion of your treatment if it s needed to restore the health and function of your teeth.
