I am a cancer patient. Placed an order today, went to pick it up. I was told they “called to let me know my script doesn’t re-fill till the next day”. I am upset that they lied. I never had a missed called or a text letting me know to call the store to speak to them. I was told they can’t leave messages. If that is the case, then call /text the patient again till they answer. The store had no patients. 4 employees and non had the audacity to call /text again. This is very unprofessional for prescribed medicinal treatment. Having extreme pain makes it hard to get to places. Specially, when coming from homestead. I imagine people who can’t drive or are really ill. To be done this to them. Very disappointed with Curaleaf Dadeland staff!!
