In general fluent is slipping. The flower isn’t cured properly, all tiers. I can smell the fresh cut grass from the parking lot. The service over the phone when you call, disgusting. No support from the call center to bridge the gap to the store. Every one is rude and disconnects the call after you ask a question they were not trained to answer with confidence. No one has yet to properly explain the product lines offered by fluent. How they are made, and processed. Renee must be the only call center manager because he is terrible at discussing patient concerns. He is terrible at giving respect and acknowledging patients when he lacks information. I hope no one ever encounters that type of disrespect when taking care of their health. I’ve tried to let fluent fix it. But I’m just fed up with the quality of service and products. NO CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS. IT IS FLORIDA LAW. THEY LIE TO THEIR PATIENTS. YOU HAVE HALF YOUR STAFF SAYING YOU TEST ALL PRODUCTS. THE OTHER HALF SAYS YOU DO NOT TEST ALL PRODUCT LINES. NO TRUST CAN BE BUILT LIKE THIS. As a consumer, I believe it’s only fair that I share my entire experience with fluent. So no one else has to deal with the lack of concern provided by the company overall.

Lawrence has some serious issues. Surprised he is still employed. I’d find a new GM. Edit: This post keeps getting deleted because I guess the company has a problem with someone thinking they need a new GM after how people are treated. I’ll be boycotting Fluent for good. Update: Thank god they changed GMs! The most recent GM seems extremely capable (believe her name was Arianna). I may actually go back! On the other hand, an employee named Eric seems to be basically worthless. I don’t know why he is even getting paid. Seems to just be complaining out loud at all times.
