Incompetent mechanic's, either my oil pan plug was finger tight and not finger snug and somehow vibrated loose. Making me loose all of my oil. Or it was never tightened in the first place. Currently in a tow on my wa there. Will be filing a formal complaint and will update after the visit to see how they handle potentially blowing my engine.

So I went in neutral. Like a regular person that didnt care about the details, just wanted the job done. I took some food in with me to chomp on while I waited. So the person attending to me suggested a full synthetic, ok that's 112$ wow. Ok, this is expensive. Give me the regular synthetic. 80$. Ok. Moving on, they suggest a new air filter, ok. So they charge me 57$ for a cheap 20$ air filter. Now I was just seeing how they handled me, I didnt say anything except "go for it". Interestingly enough they only changed one of my air filters. My car says "twin turbo" on both sides. Almost as if they have no clue what they are doing over there. So out the door I paid 167$ for an oil change, oil filter and one out of two air filters replaced. This place is a joke. Stay away from these clowns. Find a local person to do this for you.

After an oil change and having a hiccup with a few bolts on my skid plate, the owner of this location was more than willing to fix the situation. He was professional and timely. It ended up that only a few bolts needed replaced so no big deal. It is refreshing that a company is willing to work with their customers to make a situation right. They have earned my loyalty!
