I've been to this place three times in a week, it's always a half hour wait,but today it was not busy pulled right in and discovered that the basic oil change I wanted was not available. It almost seemed to convenient to get you to pay more!!!

Quick, everyone there is super friendly, answers questions clearly, no more than the expected level of upselling filters. Today the store was crowded and a bit understaffed, but they got my oil changed quickly and politely... Exactly what I want.

I have been going to this service station since the Summer of 2014 (about 8 years). This is a very well-run, consistent location. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly the management makes sure they are detail-oriented. The service is definitely worth any wait.

Not service related but our van died when we were leaving Milwaukee to go home to Appleton. We were able to coast off the highway into their parking lot blocking their service garage exit. My wife and I were blowin away with all the help and understanding their employees showed us. A+ for customer service even though they were not making any money by helping us. Thank so much. Highly recommended.
