I waited for almost an hour after they told me they would get me in in 15 minutes. If that isn’t frustrating enough, they didn’t put all of the bolts back on my skid plate on the under side of my car. Extremely unprofessional to forget something so simple. Definitely not worth the hassle. Try Valvoline on Day Drive. They were able to help me get my car situated.

I received an oil change prior to a trip out of town. While there one of the staff mentioned that a metal cover was held on by 3 screws, but ensured there was no reason for concern. An hour into the trip, I pulled off Onan exit and heard metal scraping. The metal was hanging on one screw,. I couldn't pull it off or get it off the ground and drove it to the destination. Next day I called and spoke with supervisor who said he'd "review the video" and replace it as necessary. Also directed that I go to a local oil change place to ask that it's put back on. When I tried to go do that, the metal ripped off while I was on the freeway which was incredibly stressful. I brought my car in as soon as I got back. An employee was trying to convince me that it was an unnecessary part and wouldn't need to be replaced. I requested return contact from the manager and have not heard back. This was a week ago.

Excellent service.The tech was extremely friendly and explained everything about the oil and filters I was interested in to help me make an informed choice. The service was very quick and the tech even got me a coupon to reduce my bill without me asking. I'm extremely satisfied. Very highly recommend.
