I was so pleased to be able to find a home for my mother where she could both be taken good care of and also keep her doggie! She is very attached to her dog, so the thought of her losing him was just unthinkable. Not only is Freddie welcome at Vitalia, but everyone there gives him lots of love and affection, and the staff is able to help out with him when my mother is not able to, such as when it's too icy and slippery for her to take him outside. My husband and I sleep much better knowing my mother is at Vitalia.

Newly built clean building with excellent memory care staff. Food is healthy and tasty. Plenty of daily activities for memory care residents. Jessica is a very caring and knowledeble memory care director.

Place full of sharks 🦈 and games🎮. The things I have seen while I was employed here. Wish I could divulge further. Was only here less than three months.. Turn over is high and so is patients being "lost".For sure take your loved ones somewhere else. Plus work somewhere else as well. My great -grandmothers favorite saying was,"Everything that glitters ain't gold." Which is so true about this place. Never have I ever put in my 2 week notice to be let go the next day and told that my shifts have been "covered". Never has my health been disregarded in such a way. This place this company has the potential to be amazing. Yes ,there is a great deal this company is getting right. Unfortunately, it's even more they are getting wrong. This is why they have been sued before and will probably be sued again. So if you do choose to work here read everything and sign nothing until you do. Ask about different schedules and make sure you understand everything. This by far isn't slander just think more truth needs to spoken on this place and this company and how they treat residents also staff. Again, I really wish I could divulge further. #LearningExperience

Vitalia Rockside is such a great place to be a nurse, care partner or a nurse manager at. Our director of wellness, Kristen, leads us by example. She works right along side every nurse and care partner daily. The teamwork in like none other that I have seen in my 32 years of being a nurse. The communication within the wellness department starts from the top and is highly effective throughout our team. I would recommend working at Vitalia Rockside as a nurse or care partner under the direction/wings of Kristen. the best director I have worked for, it will be your forever job. If I could I would give this community 100 stars!!!
