Had a reservation with the Confirmation number # at the Ace rental car at 3000 S Dixie Highway, West palm beach, FL 33401 on May 17th - 20th. Went to pick up car and was told we was not allowed to take the car out of the State of FL. And was told it was written in the rental agreement. I read through the rental agreement and NO where did it read you couldn’t take their rental car from State to State!! So long story short we were put in a very bad predicament! Which messed up our schedule, our itinerary and paid trip reservations! I wouldn’t recommend this rental car business to my worst enemy!!

My first time renting from the company. I rented the Toyota Camry. As a local, I don't like the 200 miles per day rule. The vehicle was immaculate. The service was extraordinary. Jemmy was tremendous

Yes, they have a van. Just call them at the number on your reservation when you land and they will send it. I was impressed with their service. I made my reservation online and the rest was carefree.
Most likely if you got all the extra insurance, otherwise they'll have to inspect it during regular business hours.
