very friendly service but the reason I give you a 3 is because I didn't get the car I chose online when I booked and they assured me that my car was available. Upon getting into the car, it smelled so wonderful like bleach- which I love, so I was happy about that😊😊. Clean and full of gas.

Looks like you close at 6pm on Mondays. What happens if my flight is delayed and I arrive to pick up my rental car after 6pm?

The location will be closed. If you are going to be later than 6pm, I would recommend you to transfer the reservation to the airport Avis location which is currently open until 1 am daily. Then you can catch the shuttle bus from the terminal which will transport you to the Avis location.
