Update: After getting my new front brakes and rotors, my car's diagnostic system was showing my left front tire had no air even though my tire was just fine. I took the car back and it turned out the rim was cracked. They found a rim and the next day installed it for me. I am completely satisfied once again. Update: I needed rear brakes and rotors and after getting a quote of $345, I knew I would always use Universal for all my automotive needs. My brakes were installed in three hours and I just love how friendly and caring everyone is. Again, highly recommended. I had read some great reviews for Universal Auto Repair and since it's not too far from where I live, I decided to take a chance on them. I knew my car needed a spring check up and it possibly needed transmission service. They checked out the car from end to end and fortunately my transmission was fine. I needed an oil change and a new air filter. I'll be bringing it back next week for new rear brakes and rotors, for which I was quoted a very reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the people. I highly recommend this place.
