Excellent customer service with skilled mechanics, need I say more. This is my second time using Shum's auto to mount and balance UHP summer tires on my '21 Challenger Widebody (305/35 R20 12" wide tires!). Shum's has advanced tech 'road force' mounter that precisely balances these tires. I've cruised at very high speeds without even a slight vibration! You'll have no regrets on choosing these Pro's..

my first experience was wonderful and they gain my trust i been taking my vehicle there for years and I never question their decision but I had an experience this year 2022 that left me with serious trust issue i am afraid to take my vehicle back there also I had forget my credit card and someone attempted to used it. when they called me to collect my credit card the Asian gentleman told me that i had a hose leaking in the engine that i need to repair he told me i did not have to bring the car right away asked him what would be the price to fixed the leak and he quoted the exact amount that was attempted on my credit card. a few days after my check engine light came on and my vehicle started running sluggish i took it back.after waiting for my car when it was finish he told me a part was missing yet after a day or two the checked engine light came on again this time i took it to another shop i received my vehicle back from the other shop did not have to pay and up to this day i have no problem with my car having driven it numerous times to Albany New York and back .

Tires come with a road hazard warranty for the first year and we repair tires at no charge if you get a screw or a nail. The first time you came in with a screw in the tire and we installed a patch with no charge to you. This time you hit a pothole and cut the side wall, the RoadHazard warranty gives you a brand new tire for free (normally you would have to pay for it because its physical damage) but you do have to pay for mount and balance service of $25. This was explained to you at the time of purchase. You really can not get a better deal anywhere, you got the road hazard coverage at no charge, we fixed the screw at no charge and when you ruin the tire by hitting a pothole, the only money you have to pay is $25 + tax. I think this is more than fair!
