Very nice place for 55+ very good maintenance, 3 pools good club house bbq area. HOA is very high but Very good. Security only at night, most buildings have more than 16 security cameras. Rules are very strict.

Sunrise Lakes is a community for people 55 years old or older. Rentals are not allowed at least in my building.....
I am not a resident here but it is a very nice place to live. Quiet and neighbors are friendly. Gated community. I know that u do have condo fees and they check your credit scores.
You have to go to the property management office. And they will give you a yellow slip. Bring that to the box office at the main clubhouse and they will issue your sunrise phase IV photo ID.
There is no rent. There is a condo maintenance fee and it varies by unit.
