Got a whole dish of this that we tried to eat and spit out. No taste. Rubbery. Pretty darn expensive brisket? and not worth the money. Chicken n ribs were decent but the brisket was God awful! Shameful they would serve this to anyone.

Haven’t been here since way before Covid…we went for an early dinner it was practically a ghost town in the restaurant. Instead of having servers, everything is on a touch screen now which took a little to get used to. We thought we ordered but the order didn’t go through so we had to submit it again. Upon receiving the food an hour later it was very bland. The St. Louis ribs were over cooked and dry. The brisket was cold and not fresh and the seeet corn had no seasoning at all not even butter. On top of not having a normal food server and being empty inside. Could understand why the food wasn’t fresh. After your done you have to clean your own table up and put away your dishes and trays with signs designated to put dirty dishes in tub for cleaning and plastic bottles in recycle. Which you don’t even get fountain soda no more it’s bottles soda with straws. Also for take home you must pack your own food and bag it from a table with all the boxes and bags. I dunno what happened but it used to be very good to sit down and eat in this place. Guess times changed and service

My family and I have been here numerous times prior to c19. We went on Sunday and it is totally different you seat yourself, then you go on line order both food and drinks (don't bring your kids because all they have is bottled soda NO juice choices) and then they bring the food to your table. The staff has NOT changed they are still very helpful and welcoming which is definitely a huge plus given the change that has happened here. The drinks are pretty limited due to them not having the supplies so stick to something simple really simple lol. As I said we went on a Sunday so the drink were $5 so you couldn't beat that. On to the food now it was good and it came really quick but the burnt ends and the chicken were super salty it was horrible. The rest of the food was on point as usual. They've got to ease up on the salt especially on the burnt ends which used to be my favorite. Overall the staff and drinks were the best part of the night. Hopefully they go back to normal pre pandemic and work on the salt.

The staff was nice and the food is affordable. I ordered the all American bbq feast. Overall it was alright The chicken and ribs were a bit dry. The brisket and sides were pretty decent. Id come back to try the other things on the menu.
