Working with these guys was great. They went carefully through all possible scenarios to fix my a/c to try and save me money. When it turned out to be an expensive repair they ordered a part that was not the most expensive but was reliable. They worked quickly and were very good at communicating with me. I can't say enough positives about these guys. They really came through when I was in a pinch. Traveling on a family vacation, not knowing anyone in the area- our brakes became a serious concern. Ken's automotive not only saw us at a moment's notice, quickly diagnosed and had an answer for the issue. Being late in the day they stored our vehicle inside overnight for safely. They quickly repaired the problem the following morning and we are on the road again very quickly. Great work and really personable people. I can't say enough. I was really pleased with their service, their help, their rates and their kindness during our frustration. THANK YOU again to Ken's Automotive!!!
