I think the people that come here have 5 star restaurant expectations when they come here, but what do you expect when you're in Westlake Village... I've never had a wrong order here and they are really fast and nice in the drive-thru.

Always sent to park and wait on the side only for them to bring my order with missing items. Didn’t appreciate getting yelled at today to hurry and go park when I was trying to ask for my condiments up front since they never put it in the bag. Also, staff that doesn’t speak English makes it impossible to communicate.

Maybe. When you were watching her through the cracks of the stall, did you notice if she was going #1 or #2? If there were poopies on her hands then i think it could be illegal and some one should call Ronald and let him know. I believe he deals with that a lot when Grimace visits the restaurants and he'll know what to do.
I have been a client at McDonald st thousand oaks Blvd and cord for 7 years until now .The manager in the morning, a short lady slim is threatening to employees and customers all the time .She treats customers like her employees commanding them That manager made s false testimony about me ,she was do rude and was chasing me on the parking lot with her threatening stance I advice the supervisor or owner to remove that woman or fire her ,she is doing great damage to the company with her attitude, instead of attracting clients she is making them leave Also that same manager when clients go to restrooms ,she goes and tell them to get out ,she tells them to have only some minutes there
