She made sure the part was sent out the next day and stayed in email contact with me each day until it arrived. I love Pioneer mini splits! They have been amazing , I've bought two so far and they are running strong. I had an issue with a broken part and customer service replaced it for me quickly and with no extra charge.

I have ordered 3 mini splits from Parker Davis and have been very pleased with the quality of the equipment I have received from them. I am even more impressed with their customer service however. With the third system we ordered some damage took place in-transit and getting a replacement wall unit was quick and easy. I have also had to replace circuit boards due to lightning strikes and found their customer service reps are both knowledgeable of the products they sell and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for mini split systems.
