Very bad experience. They lie to you over the phone about the car availability in the dealership, once you go there they say sorry we don't have it, let us show you other options. They lie to you to take you to their dealership. They do a fake apology which makes you even more angry, as it becomes clear it's their strategy and they are all on it. From the person on the phone to managers, sales representative. There are so many other reviews like mine with this dealership at the bottom.

Wow, that was a bad experience, i bought my car olin Doral Lincoln, and I take my car there for service since 2015, and they treat me like if i were the most important person in the world, usualy I call Carlos or Leo in service, both are nice people, next time try with one of them
