The appraisal was quick, but the sale / title transfer process took forever. It took more than 90 minutes.

Excellent attention !

They offered us a third of what we were hoping for in exchange for a perfectly serviceable truck. Walked out. They were friendly, at least.

Absolutely disgusted with this CarMax, their "Business Office" hasn't notified my lending bank about new car info 3 weeks later, and I've been trying to speak with their Business Office "Managers" to discuss this over the course of 6 phone calls and over 1 hour of being put on hold to no avail, not even a call back. WTH !! GARBAGE customer service.

Carmax.com or their app
No You don't
You have to go to any Carmax location and ask to have the vehicle evaluated. It's free and they give you an estimate of what they would pay you for it. You have 7 days to decide whether to sell it or not.
CarMax offered to give me a quote online but I had to fill out the form online and submit photos of my vehicle online. It is much easier if you go to the site and it takes less than 30 minutes to get it all done.
Take it to them. They will offer you a fair price.
Yes
The car must be bought from CarMax in order to be financed by CAF. You may have a better deal through CarMax financing since they work with multiple lenders, but then again it also depends on your credit
Absolutely yes ..
I assure you that in carmax you will find the best option, they are very reliable and not at all cheats as in other agencies, personal experience guarantees it
Ok
Hi David, I guess they do but you will need to call them
You shouldn't, just show up and one of their reps should be able to help you
No they don't charge for that
Yes, I am available. Call Carl. He can help you find a car.
Itl varies, condition of the car, the mileage etc etc, Must take the car there to find out.
Yes, a KBB can give you an idea for a good price to trade better privately, always below, but much better than in CarMax.
they buy all kinds of cars, they value it and offer you a price, and you decide whether to sell it or not, but they are giving good prices
You must go to carmax for the specialists to make the offer
Mrs. Diana has to take it to CarMax and there ask for an appraisal of her car and they give her the price and if it suits her, she does business with them. There are many factors that depend on how the condition of your car is, the body, the upholstery, the miles, the engine, they look at that. Good luck, for my taste it is a good option for one to have knowledge about the value of a used car.
