The customer service alone is enough to make me not want to live here, EVER. I had a tour scheduled a week in advance, coming from out-of-state. John scheduled the tour with me over the phone. It was raining the day of my tour, and it was scheduled at 1pm. I got there 20 minutes early, and a sign was on the front door that said “be back at 1pm”. So I sat in my car until 1:00, then went back in when the front office opened. A guy answered the door (who sounded like John, but he didn't say who he was). He asked how can he help, I told him I have a tour at 1:00 with John. He said, “We don’t do tours in the rain”. I asked why because apartments are inside the building, what does the rain have to do with anything? He said you have to walk outside in order to do the tour. I said that wasn’t mentioned to me when I scheduled the tour, and I already drove all the way here. He said “Oh, I see”. I asked what am I supposed to do. He said “Well we might do tours when the rain dies down, but for now we can’t.” I rolled my eyes and immediately walked out. He didn’t apologize or offer to reschedule or anything. I even sat in my car an extra 10 minutes, left 2 voicemails asking if I should leave, reschedule, or wait until the rain dies down. They never called me back. John seemed like an airhead, just super dense all around. The lack of proper communication was extremely disrespectful of my time, especially since I was coming from out-of-state. Seems like John has a reputation per the reviews. This complex needs to hire someone else to do tours and have better communication if they expect new tenants in the future.

My fiancée and I have been living here for a few months now and we absolutely love it. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because like everyone says, the parking situation SUCKS. I don’t mind walking, but the fact that the gate is wide open until 7pm to non residents and they do not have to register their vehicles seems silly considering the money we pay to live here. It is not just inconvenient, it is a safety concern.

We were so anxious about moving into an apartment for the 1st time, we looked online and saw some questionable experiences but took a leap of faith and it has been wonderful! John at the Grove was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions, no matter how minor. We have been here for a couple of months and every maintenance issue we have had has been addressed extremely fast, making the experience even better. Everyone we have have contact with have been very professional and friendly.

I applied for a 3bd 2 br and was told I was denied, when I asked what was the reason for the denial Jose stated that there was none and it was denied by the underwriter without reason. They asked for apartment history and to run a credit check but my previous apartments were never contacted nor was my credit ran, me and my husband make over 92k combine so it’s definitely not a income issues. When I asked to speak with management because it’s strange that no reason was given, he said no one can overturn the underwriter and then refused to take my call when I called back to speak with him
