Jessica the store Manager and Heather are amazing !! I used to go to shop at Tyson’s grab few pieces take it to the register and leave- no one will notice and ask for help . I decided to go to fair oaks mall and shop at their location since there is always someone asking if I need anything , Jessica and Heather are always giving me ideas on how to match my outfits and if they don’t have the size available they will order for me right away !! I love shopping at this location specially when they are working there ..

Wonderful customer service at Fair Oaks Mall, they went above and beyond to help me, I had a gift card and tried to use it online, and they froze my card, Tam called customer service for me and was on the phone for an hour to have my funds available for me, also he was very patient and let me stay 45mins longer after the store was supposed to close so I could finish my transactions, they were so lovely Tam and Omar, best customer care thus far.
