No restrooms, sinks, or running water. So if u need additional water to add to your bleach, bring it. No wifi, though they say there is. Many of the units don't have functional credit card readers. Expect bare minimum

If you want a place to get your laundry done, with minimal people interaction, this is it. Always a machine open to do your business, and everyone keeps to themselves, while keeping a lookout just in case it's needed. I love it

It's really not that bad. I've never actually met or seen the owner that I'm aware of but I was told he's very attentive and scrupulous about his business and patrons there. It's usually very clean with working washer/dryers and they also do take credit card debit cards. The people often will complain about their not being a restroom available and some of the benches are missing seats other than that I can't think of too many things wrong with the place.

It was very clean, but the washing machine said it would take 32 minutes to wash a load of laundry. It ended up taking almost 50 minutes

It probably meant the door wasn't completely closed and locked.
No they don't have drop off service, strictly self service.
I prob wont b. I tried 4 diff dryers today and set the time for 30min each, swiped my card for the time requested and they ran 5 min n quit. Sadly i didnt know they weren't working right so not sure if my card is going to be charged for the amount of time requested or just the amount of time that was ran. There's no phone number to get ahold of anyone to report a problem or two request refunds in the event that my money was taken
