What is the number to the owner of this place

I prob wont b. I tried 4 diff dryers today and set the time for 30min each, swiped my card for the time requested and they ran 5 min n quit. Sadly i didnt know they weren't working right so not sure if my card is going to be charged for the amount of time requested or just the amount of time that was ran. There's no phone number to get ahold of anyone to report a problem or two request refunds in the event that my money was taken

I'm not sure, only been there once but will be going back next week.
