I went to purchase some skin care products and I had a question about a products and the lady in front didn't specify to me the details about the product. She opened the product for me at the store and I noticed it was not the product I was asking for and I asked for a refund before I left the store and she went to the sales manager which was extremely rude. She told me that she was not going to lose a product because of my mistake and that she couldn't Issue a refund. She started slamming the products on the table and said she could care less about my review because they are an established business of many years :)
