Service requests are a serious issue here. My requests go unanswered for weeks and I often have to send rather stern emails to management (which I would rather not do) to get a response to my requests. One time, my AC broke and they did not fix it for over 3 weeks. Turns out the AC unit had been broken for 3 months and my FPL bills were $200 over what they should have been. I spoke to someone in the phone who said they would help me reconcile my bills. When I sent the copies of my bills via email, the email response I got was “We can’t help you with this. Good luck.” People park all over the place. I was once parked exactly where I was supposed to be and someone dented the entire side of my car without a note or anything. Three days later, the exact same thing happened. Now I will not fix the dent because I can only assume it will happen again. The office gave me no assistance with fixing the issue and just said “oh well.”

I have moved in for two weeks now, I was given a wrong mailbox key,I have attempted several times to get a correct key, I have been ignored. I have submitted every requested documents several times Support of my two parking stickers to no avail. My place was cockroach paradise,my walls had nail holes all over,my washing machine has a melted fabric or piece of old cloth stock to it and I am fearful of using it. My garbage has not been picked up once in the past two weeks. I have used the dumpster near office myself to take my trash. Jacuzzi has been broken for a while now and has become a safety and health Hazzard now with standing mosquito ridden standing water.
