Gran Vista at Doral

I lived in Gran Vista for 3 years and have no problems with the management. I move from there because need to be at a walking distance from my nephew's school and to have more working space, otherwise I will still live there. Everytime I made a service request for my apartment (water filters, problems with the AC,etc.) it was properly managed and fast, usually the same day. Also, don't have problems with my assigned parking or the facilities. The place is well maintained and the staff do great efforts to have the place clean and in working order. The people who criticize the place here and/or the management is because they do not follow the community rules regarding the assigned parking, trash room, pool, noise, etc. and bring their bad habits from their countries and are used to not obey the rules set for the communities here in the US.

I am grateful to this community, office, maintenance staff and excellent security, I have no complaints, a lot of tranquility in this place, they strive to give their best. !!! 👏🏻🏆
