$2500 monthly , you want to enjoy the pool a Sunday morning and this is what we get….this is disgusting. You can even find a pamper . The pool is sooo dirty. Water is dark ! Don’t come to rent here . People from everywhere coming here and doing whatever they want. Doors open 24/7 , they have access to the lobby, resting area, pool , etc ….. Nobody controls anything…..and they call this place “luxury” lol .

I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with my move in experience here. 1. When I moved in the place wasn’t even clean. There was pieces of carpet all over the floor and crumbs in cabinets. 2. There was a major ant problem. It took me calling the assistant manager and yelling at them on the phone for them to do anything. I couldn’t even live here for the first week because of how bad it was. The ant issue is fixed. 3. I asked for a weeks worth of compensation for the ant problem. It’s only fair. The assistant manager said the manager would get back to me about some type of reimbursement. It’s been weeks and nothing. 4. There’s sometime bugs in the ice coming from the ice maker in the fridge. I emailed them yesterday and made a service request. No word from them. Keep in mind they advertise this place as a “luxury” apartment. I’ve lived in units half the price of this place and NEVER had these issues. I’m hoping they can fix the ice issue and give me some reimbursement. I’d be satisfied with that. I’m really not hard to please but when you’re spending high $ on rent and get service you’d expect from a motel, you’re not going to be happy.

I did not expect I would have such a terrible experience after living in the flats for 3 years. I lived in the apartment western building since 2019 and I had to moved to another state because of job change. I had a package that I filled the address very early and forgot to change it, so it was delivered to the flats accidentally. I have been calling the leasing office for one week, and every time they promised to check the mail room and the front door of my previous room but they never called me back. I had to ask my friend to check it for me, and the front desk, Lauren, gave my friend a hard time to allow her to do it. Finally my friend did not find the package anywhere after it was delivered for over one week. Every time I call, the leasing office emphasize that they are not responsible for any package lost, but this is not my first time to lose packages. I was told that they will install a camera on western building mail room since early 2021 but it never happened. I am really disappointed about the post-living experience, and hope everyone living there never lose their packages.

After our not so great experience our first year, we gave the Flats another try and are glad to say that has improved drastically over the last few years, most of it we believe is Thomas’ doing! They listened to our feedback, fixed the garage problem, moved us to the side where the noise is minimal, stayed on task with the up-keeping of maintenance of our apartment like checking in for water leaks without us having to even ask. One downside I hope they will eventually figure out is the mail deliveries- although this is not in their control, USPS packages to this area tend to get lost and some UPS packages are marked delivered prematurely, have not had any issue with Fedex. Also we hope they will be able to open up the grill at some point- we never got to use it! We ended up staying here for all 3 out of 3 years of my medical training (we are from CA). It was a super convenient location to nearby hospitals where I worked, convenient supermarket and shops right downstairs, all it all we were very happy and would stay here again!

$1700 but I have seen some realtors list at $1500. Come by on a Saturday night and see if you think you can deal with loud music till 4am. Great staff but the constant party mood at the square can get exhausting
