We purchased a property with a tolino tank on the property. There was half a tank in the tank. We rent the property as a short term rental. We have had three renters and on our fourth renter on Easter weekend our tenant calls and let’s us know there is no heat no hot water no stove and no oven. And also that the tank in the picture that was taken the day before was no longer there. I called the emergency line and spoke to a gentleman who said that he would be able to give me more information in a couple of days but that the company did pick up some tanks that day. So it turns out they came onto the property without notice and removed the tank with a half filled tank. Would highly recommend doing business with anyone else.
