Landlord and tenants, beware and expect many delays in service. Id like to think they are understaffed, but at this point its been 4 months with email and calls and I get no clear answers. I finally went in person after calling off work to address one of my questions in person and they required some hitherto completely unmentioned letter from my landlord. Upon requesting this letter to my landlord, she is also, and I quote, "having lots of problems with them". One of my concerns instead of being responded to in an email became an unannounced sign in the neighborhood that was put up at some undisclosed time.

Update: No resolution months later. Original: Understaffed, some overly tedious and strict procedures and policies, very delayed responses. Reyna and the reception are great.
