I'm Italian and I went to NY with my family last week. I met Giovan, a fabulous person. He scanned my husband's and my son's feet and immediately understood the posture of their legs and back. He recommended suitable shoes for the problem. Spectacular welcome. We were very happy with the shop done, and I hope to go back next year.

From the time we walked in till we went out of the store, we were not acknowledge by the staff. I was going to but a pair of shoes here but changed mind and bought from Amazon instead
