I just bought a pair of running shoes from the Court Street location. The attendant could not have been more helpful and courteous. He was patient and able to answer all of my questions. The store was clean, well organized, and had a good selection of shoes and clothing. I could not ask for more and will definitely return.

I should've took heed to the bad reviews. The only competent people there are Gabrielle (manager) and the other young lady. The two males that helped me need training, one of them gave me two wrong products...didnt even bother to look at profile in their system. Also, a person (a male) that answers the phone was condescending and passive everytime I got him when I called....like you're bothering him. Customer service sucks. My order was wrong or delayed 3 times, Gabrielle tried to help but to no avail. My foot is really hurting and I was looking forward to running, but nope...at least not with their products. .. I tried to be patient, but canceled my order...It was just ridiculous... I can honestly say, I will NEVER REFER THIS ShOP TO ANYONE (court street). Go elsewhere , you've been warned. OR maybe its just this location...idk but ill take my money somewhere else.

The attendant,Allison was professional in delivering her service. She was thorough in her explanation and efficiently satisfied my need. The staff in general was pleasant and I felt served in an excellent manner. This was my first experience in this store and I recommended it to 5 people already, just from yesterday’s visit. I actually felt as though I went to a podiatrist. Thanks for a memorable experience!!! I walked out the store with my new sneakers on for 12.7 miles yesterday and ready to walk today again!
