I had such a horrible experience here. DO NOT COME HERE unless you have a specific worker which was Amari because he was the only helper I had. I came for a shoes and an insole I got greeted by a young lady with an attitude already she said give her 5 minutes she was helping someone else I said okay. I proceeded to wait and 15 minutes has passed she starts helping others that came in after me and completely ignored me the whole time after and decided talk to her coworkers while I was still waiting she was just joking around. She never even came and helped after , the guy I just mentioned above helped me the whole time and I was very very pleased. Her name was nataly as to what I recall if you really need help the best person I suggest was amari thank you again man very pleased experience with you !

This has to be the most frustrating shoe purchasing experience I've ever had in my life. The feet scan queue took very long, the process post-scanning wasn't clearly followed and people after us were served before the reps attended to us. There was no focus on consistent customer service on display, even though I empathize with the fact that they were understaffed and were trying to do their best. In short, the store needs more staff and better training to ensure adherence to the outlined process by all reps. Detailed review follows: The positives - the staff is generally knowledgeable and provides sound advice on shoe recommendations. Here's the step by step of how it went down: Step 1: Shoe scanning: This new technology that provides a scan of your feet is novel and somewhat helpful, but took 45 minutes (there were 4 people ahead of us). This is a crippling bottleneck in the shoe purchasing experience and needs a better resolution (another scanner ideally) Step 2: The endless wait: + After the scan, the rep told us to take a seat and wait for another rep to help us (given he was about to clock out). + We wait and wait, but it seems the reps forgot about us and continued to help others who came after us. After 20 minutes, we went back to the rep to tell him that no one had helped us yet, and he said he will get some shoes but reiterated that he will hand us off to someone else given he was about to clock out. + We get a few shoe options, but they aren't a good fit, and we need alternate sizes. No one was available to help us for another 10 minutes. + When the next batch of shoes were still not the right size, it took them another 20 minutes for them to arrange a higher size (it seems the rep forgot about us or was too busy with something else). + Finally, I give up and just pick the only shoe that fit and call it a day. What is needed is clear tracking of the customer queue and match of store associates to the queue so that people aren't jumping the queue and everyone is served. I am hopeful they can better train their staff and improve the processes.

Was there today was completely ignored by the staff. Stood around for a good 15-20 minutes. I got tired of waiting around and asked if I could get some help they said they were busy with another customer and I would just have to wait for another sales person to help me out. I waited a bit more and saw them unoccupied and started helping other people. Other salesperson were unoccupied and were just ignoring me too. I got up and asked one who just finished with a customer to help me out. He helped me with one question and then walked away after that. I wasn’t even done with looking for other possible sneakers. I left after that.

Hi Kevin, Yes, it wasn’t super involved But when I went there for the first time which was I think a couple years ago, the salesperson (a young woman originally I think from Colorado she said and she was super attentive and helpful) had me get on the treadmill and walk at a normal pace for myself. Using an iPad she filmed me walking on the treadmill for about 20 seconds or so And she used that to then choose two or three pairs of sneakers for me as well as two or three insoles. I’m super happy because this combination of insole and sneakers has been perfect for me for these last few years and I’ve since replace them with the exact same model (a different color) and with several other sets of the exact same insoles
Yes we do - please stop by our location and a team member can assist you.
Same as anywhere. Employees and customers wearing masks. Pretty sure I spotted hand sanitizer. Not sure of limits on number of customers allowed inside at a time. Then again its never too crowded to begin with.
You don't want to go there
They have a wide variety of Hoka at both their Third Aveue and Columbus Circle stores. Even greater variety available at Columbus Circle. Great selection all around. May wish to call them for specifics if you want a select style and size. They are very helpful.
