Instead of getting money back for the things you sold them. You come out better by shopping there. You get a little more of a percentage back to shop there. They have a large variety of things to choose from.

Been coming here 8+ years, one of best thrifting / vintage in Manhattan. Also best resale value you’ll find. But you come here for the wonderful finds, not the customer service. Staff are, and always have been, unwelcoming and flat out rude at times. The clothes make it worth it, but have to dock a star for the highly unpleasant interactions I have to endure each time I visit. Lastly - please do not ‘donate’ here. They will turn around and sell it. Super ugly morals going on here if they’re saying this is getting donated to people who are in need… Another star docked. The one in Bushwick - both quality of clothes and employees! - is so much better.

Do not shop here. They'll take what whatever you "donate" that they didn't find trade worthy and sell it for quick grabs. Absolutely unacceptable. You are better off shopping at Buffalo's or Goodwill.

Hi Diana. We encourage no more than 4 large bags at a time. We selectively buy very modern and vintage clothing, primarily looking for spring summer items right now.
